Information that cannot be directly or indirectly linked to your real identity is not considered personal data.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data in Applications
If you apply to us electronically, i.e., by email or via our web form, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of handling the application process and carrying out pre-contractual measures.

By submitting an application via our recruiting page, you express your interest in working with us. In this context, you provide us with personal data, which we use and store exclusively for the purpose of your application.

In particular, the following data is collected:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number
LinkedIn profile
Source through which you became aware of us

You also have the option to upload documents such as a cover letter, CV, and certificates. These may contain additional personal data such as date of birth, address, etc.

Access to your data is limited to authorized employees in HR and those involved in the application process.

Your personal data is generally stored solely for the purpose of filling the position you applied for.

Your data will be stored for a period of 365 days after the completion of the application process. This is usually done to comply with legal obligations or to defend against potential claims under statutory provisions. After this period, we are obliged to delete or anonymize your data. In such cases, the data will only be available as so-called metadata without direct personal reference for statistical purposes (e.g., proportion of female/male applicants, number of applications per period, etc.).

In addition, we reserve the right to store your data in our “talent pool” for 365 days after the end of the application process in order to identify other suitable opportunities for you. By accepting this privacy policy, you consent to the extended storage of your data and inclusion in our talent pool.

If you receive and accept an offer of employment from us, we will store the personal data collected during the application process for at least the duration of your employment.
