Unser Interview Prozess

Intro call (30 min): A first conversation via Google Meet with our Recruiting Manager Monika. Bring your initial questions and tell us what excites you about joining our team.

Technical interview (45–60 min): We’ll dive deeper into your professional expertise together with someone from the respective department. Feel free to bring all your role-specific questions!

Final on-site interview (approx. 60 min): You’ll meet the team in person to discuss a potential collaboration, get to know our office, and clarify any remaining topics. If it’s a match on both sides, we’ll make you an offer afterwards.

Meet our founder Marcus (10–15 min): Before signing the contract, you’ll have a short conversation with our founder Marcus, who will share more about our vision with you.

About us

At 42watt, we pursue a clear mission: to make energy-efficient modernization simple, reliable, and efficient – and to find the right solution for every home.

To achieve this, we combine in-depth energy consulting with clear processes, digital tools, and a strong network of skilled trade partners. We take a holistic approach to heat pumps, solar energy, and insulation, guiding homeowners step by step – from analysis and planning to funding, implementation, and beyond.

Our ambition goes beyond individual projects: we aim to make energy-efficient homes the new standard. In a market that often promises “fast and cheap,” we stand for trust, reliability, and long-term efficiency.

42watt was founded in Munich in 2021. Our goal is to reduce the energy consumption of buildings to the point where a climate-neutral building sector becomes a reality by 2045.
